Return & Refund Policy

• If you receive an incorrect product or a broken product during delivery, you may register your complaint within 7 days after delivery.
• Make a video of your parcel when you open it initially. Otherwise, your complaint for a wrong or broken product will not be acceptable.
• A product can only be returned or exchanged if the product was delivered wrong or broken. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
